I’m taking my old employer to the Ombudsmen for unfair dismissal.
I’m nearly at the 21 day limit, however I’m just about to get another job offer for a new job.
I worried by submitting the form my previous employer could cause issues before I get my new job.
I have a glowing reference letter from my old employer but this may go sower when they find out I’m taking them to court
Could you advise my best course of action?
