Is there anything I can do if I don’t have any money to fund my legal case?

I have been the victim of a business swindle and now have no money to fund a court action against the person who ripped me off.

Legal aid tell me I have a good case but that I am not within their guidelines preventing me from getting legal aid. Is there any other avenues to seek funding?

There is a new service called ‘Lawfunder’ (See www.lawfunder.org)  which is a ‘Crowdfunding’ platform where people who deserve social justice but do not have the funds necessary to fight their case in court, can apply to have their case listed on the Lawfunder website with a view to soliciting donations from the public to raise the money needed to cover the costs of funding the case.
